Ellesse
The initials L.S. (Italian Ellesse) also belong to the founder of the eponymous brand, Leonardo Servadio, who made his brand famous in the early seventies by creating a brilliant innovation in ski pants. He started sewing wider bell-bottom legs so they could be folded over huge ski boots. How simple yet important, right?
Over time, they have also outfitted many professional tennis players with sportswear. These two sports are ultimately connected in their logo, which is meant to resemble the shape of a tennis ball with two distinct leaves symbolizing skis. Besides that, they dressed the legendary boxer Muhammad Ali.
Their classic cut is globally known for its sensitivity to sports performance as well as for fashion and a flattering, simple design.
