Karl Kani
Karl Kani je značka, které se zaslouženě přezdívá Bůh městského stylu. Karl Kani, zakladatel značky má za sebou mnoho prvesntví. Jde o prvního návrháře, který vymyslet takzvané „baggy jeans“ a také první návrhář, který hostil přehlídku v Bílém domě.
Karl Kani , v té době ještě vlastním jménem Wiliiam, vyrůstal v Brooklynu a tak je i jeho značka inspirovaná Hip Hopem a pouličním životem. V šestnácti letech začal sám tvořit návrhy a šít pro své kamarády. O pár let později se konečně odhodlal změnit si jméno na Karl Kani a odcestoval do Los Angeles splnit si svůj sen.
Dnes je značka Karl Kani jedna z mála, která se naplno nepodřídila rychle se měnícím trendům a zůstala věrná oldschoolovým střihům z devadesátých let.
